With the winter season in full blow down here in New Zealand, I have found myself reaching for good old Earl Grey as my tea of choice for the last few months. No doubt it will stay like this until at least the end of August when the weather starts to warm up a little again.

I've got a shelf in my kitchen dedicated to my teas. I have so many different types but my favourites are rooibos tea of various flavours. Speaking of which, I might go make one now. It's cold.
